Return & Exchanges

At Nylon Journal our #1 priority is your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase, in fact we want you to LOVE our socks and wear them with pride!! SO, in the outrageous event that you find that we’ve missed something, we will be happy to replace the item or give you store credit towards another item within 30 days of purchase. Please e-mail us at customerservice@nylonjournal.com for any returns/exchanges.

If you have received a damaged item, or we sent you the wrong item, please e-mail us at customerservice@nylonjournal.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and let us know the issue with your order and we will take care of it ASAP.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, worn, or "just tried on" products.  Returned items which have been opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

On all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

All clearance items are final sale.
